I though that perhaps it was about time to update my journal so that those of you who still watch me will know what I've been up to for the past year. Where do I start?!?

I have been at my design job for about a year now and it's been great! It has been a huge learning experience, but worth every minute. I have worked on a few big projects and a lot of solo projects. Now when I walk around Palmerston North (NZ) I can point out the things I designed to people.  It's an awesome feeling.
We are just a small team of 4, but we are all really close. It's hugely different to my last job because here we actually talk to each other! Lol
I will be posting up a few of the projects I like most shortly.  I've even used a lot of my own photography for some projects.

I have drawn down a few new toy ideas that I would love to make but unfortunately it is really hard to find the time to make them. But they are there on the back burner, so one day they will be made.
How can I be too busy to make a couple of toys I hear you ask…well my partner and I recently got engaged so we are in the process of planing a wedding. We are also looking for our first house. On top of that I have all so been swimming once a week and going to the gym twice a week, so any spear time I have I spend it with my sweet heart.

It may be a while till my next update because of this but I will be sure to post some projects up soon so keep checking in
